1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
• Customized or altered products
• Items marked as non-returnable

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after product inspection.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Rental Orders (If Applicable)

• No refunds once the rental period has started.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
